Health365 is an online service in partnership with OneCare Health, that provides you with easy and secure access to your own medical information, as well as a range of time saving services including the ability to:

• Book appointments with your GP or Nurse

• Order repeat prescriptions

• Request records from your GP, including medical history and immunisations

• Track your laboratory results

• View your accounts.

Access all these services anytime, anywhere online from your PC, tablet, or smartphone.

How do I sign up?
Talk to our friendly reception team and they will send you a registration link via email. Once you receive the email, just follow the link to the website and enter the username and password provided.

How secure is my information through Health365?
Your security is our highest priority. You can have absolute control over who can access your data. None of your health information is stored by Health365. Health365 is a channel, guarded by multiple layers of encryption, which connects you with the data stored by your OneCare Health.

Your information is protected by a username and password. You will be asked to change the initial password with your own password when you sign up.
